When Renzo died before his time, his wife Maria succeeded him
in the firm management;
even if she had had no part in the work world up to that time; helped by her
acumen and talent she guessed the importance that polyester was going to achieve
in the near future.
Fascinated by researching new and originai effects, she gave up manufacturing
buttons and got more and more interested in producing and commercialising the
materials oniy.
