And since "blood will
tell", as the saying goes, shortly afterwards Leonardo's son , Renzo, began
the activity in the buttons field working by his father's side with the same
devotion and pride; he turned, in the Fifties, the press-buttons production
into a manufacture of galalith buttons.
In particular he committed him-self completely to research and study into the
polyester plastic materials field.
And the result was a real event in that sector:in fact it was Renzo Gonella
to create the first polyester button in imitation of natural born , known later
on in the world under the nome of "Zambese".
